New Ohio Safety Rules for Small Commercial Vehicles!
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) has recently revised its rules relative to transportation safety to include, for the first time, commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 10,001 to 26,000 pounds. The rules also cover drivers of these vehicles.
This means that some pick-up trucks, and most pick-up trucks towing trailers are covered by the new rules.
Your vehicles and drivers can be placed out of service and you can be fined!
